Sliding Plate
The sliding plate is used in the continuous casting process of iron and steel industry to regulate and control the flow of molten steel, or in the slag blocking tapping system of the steelmaking furnace. The high temperature molten steel erosion and sliding surface wear are the main damage causes of the sliding plate in use. Therefore, improving the high temperature strength of the sliding plate is the main measure to increase its erosion resistance and service life.
