Copper mould tube is a very important component of steel billet caster, which is a bottomless ingot mold with forced water cooling. It is called the "heart" of continuous casting machine. The oscillation device of the curved mould tube is one of the core components of the arc continues casting equipment. Its main function is to ensure that there is no bond between the steel billet and the copper wall of the mould during the pouring casting process, and to obtain good billet surface quality. To achieve this purpose, the billet can only be subjected to axial tension and pressure when it oscillates, without horizontal force and bending moment.

Processing process of assembly copper mould tube:

Heat treatment, heating and softening the blank copper tubefor square forming;

Repeatedly pull and squeeze until it meets the external dimension requirements of the drawing;

Polish repeatedly until it meets the requirements of copper tube finish;

Startinto importantprocess of hard chrome electroplating;

Grind repeatedly until it passes the factory copper pipe inspection;

Labeling;

Apply anti rust oil;

Conduct moisture-proof packaging;

Packing intothe wooden case for delivery.
